I’m chuffed to have joined Peach as I’ve always admired what they do and, in the short space of time I’ve been here, have already got stuck into my role as operations guru.
I’ve only ever worked for three companies before and they’ve all been in this business, one I love to bits. As soon as I left school, I got a job in a bar and literally worked my way up from collecting glasses to being a manager for Bass. After that, I joined Frankie & Benny’s as a manager and opened and ran a number of eateries for them. The last ten years have seen me working at Ask, where I was operations director for them looking after 123 sites from Aberdeen to Truro. Great experience and lots of practical know-how which I hope I’ve bottled and brought with me. Now, I’m excited about working with the Peach partners and managers to make this special company even better. Every great service company needs brilliant systems and controls to keep it profitable.
