Jo is a lawyer who loves wine. Her property law expertise assists in site selection, appraisal and development.
She also bagged herself the wine-buyer's job, by showing an ability to retain her critical faculties at blind tastings long after everyone else has flagged.
A woman of many talents, she also helped Lee design one of the first pubs. Three years later they have worked together on four more pubs including The Fishes, which was short-listed for Pub Design of the Year at the Publican Awards 2006.
